PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SECTION IF YOU PLAN TO LIVE
IN A UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE HALL
Will you need a dormitory room and meals on campus?
Yes _____ No _____
If you check yes, please answer the questions in the box and enclose
a $200.00 deposit for dormitory room. This deposit reserves a space in
our residential living system. It is not a partial payment of room and
board. We cannot reserve a room without a deposit. You will be
required to sing a Housing and Dining Services Contract when you arrive
at the university.
| EWU has six residence
halls on campus and offers two different housing contract options
and meal plan options for international students. The Office
of Housing and Residential Life will assist you in making your
living and dining arrangements.
CONTRACT OPTIONS
One-Quarter Plan: Student commits to live on campus only one quarter at
a time.
Multi-Quarter Plan: Student commits to live on campus
a minimum of two consecutive quarters (Fall and Winter or
Winter and Spring.) Students who sign up for this plan are charged
reduced rates.
MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
Standard Meal Plan: Provides enough "dining points" to buy approximately
12-14 meals per week. This plan works well for the student who
is on campus most of the time and eats off campus only a couple
of times each week.
Base Meal Plan: Provides enough "dining points"
to buy approximately 10-12 meals per week. This plan works well
for light eaters or students who for various reasons find themselves
eating elsewhere for many of their meals. |
